Nursery Fees (March 2024)
Nursery fees are calculated on an annual basis and the funded fees shown are the total monthly fees due.
All foods, formula milk and nappies are provided and included in these costs.

The current government policies have left nurseries with a significant shortfall in funding and the result has been an increasingly complex charging system for additional items outside the realm of statutory provision. Monthly fees for 30hrs funded place (all year)

Payment Terms
Charges when absent due to:
Parents or child's sickness ) Parents occasional day off ) Bank holidays ) FULL PAYMENT Annual Holidays ) Christmas week closedown ) Swap days or credits are offered for bank holidays where children only attend for one day a week.
Please Note
Invoices are issued on the 1st of each calendar month and should be paid in full, in advance, within the first week of each calendar month.
A 5% fee is applied to any outstanding accounts at the end of the calendar month.
We do engage the services of an external debt collection agency in order to recover any unpaid monies.
Payment of fees
Fees can be paid by cash, bank transfer, standing order, childcare vouchers or government tax free childcare scheme.
We do ask for four weeks written notice when leaving or if your circumstances change, as this can have a direct impact on our staffing requirements and we do like to prepare a small learning journey to summarise your child’s time here.
Nursery Calendar
September 2023 to August 2024
The nursery will be open Monday to Friday from 0800 to 1730hrs except for the following Bank Holidays and Christmas closedown

Close Friday 22nd December 2023 at 2:00pm
Re-open Tuesday 2nd January 2024 at 8:00am
Monday 1st January New Years Day
Friday 29th March Good Friday
Monday 6th May Easter Monday
Monday 27th May Spring Bank Holiday
Monday 26th Aug Summer Bank Holiday
Special dates
Christmas parties take place on an afternoon during December.
End of year picnics take place during July
Pre-school trip takes place in May
Photographs are taken in June
Settling in sessions for the main room moves takes place during the last two weeks of August and room moves happen at the start of September.
